  • The ischglliving holiday experience includes free of charge:

    Chambermaid service (only in winter): is usually only offered in hotels. Our chambermaid  will come to your apartment to make the beds, wash the dishes and take care of the garbage (monday, wednesday, friday only)!

    Lift tickets: Escape the counter hassle and get your lift tickets at our reception for counter rates. 

    Wi-Fi: Providing a good and fast internet connection just seems natural to us and is part of the modern ischglliving holiday experience. Of course you can use our Wi-Fi free of charge.

    Parking spaces: Depending on the size of the apartment, a certain amount of parking spaces right next to the house are included in the price.

    Infrared cabin: The little luxury for every (holi)-day. Feel free to relax in your own infrared cabin in all apartments (except for the studio apartment) as often as you want - this gives a great experience of well-being after an active day.

  • Extra services on request (to be paid):

    Massages & physiotherapeutic treatments (only in winter): A skiing day in the mountains takes up a lot of your muscles' energy. In order to be relaxed and fit for the next day, a professional massage is of great help. Our partner company Pt-Paznaun offers massages as well as physiotherapeutic treatments right in the center of Ischgl. Just book your massage with us at the reception - and remember: "Your body is a temple, but only if you treat it as one.“

    • We can only accept cancellations in written form!
    • Cancellation fees from 2 months until 1 month before arrival: 40% of the booked arrangement;
    • Cancellation fees from 1 month until 1 week before arrival: 70% of the booked arrangement;
    • Cancellation fees during the week before arrival: 90% of the booked arrangement;
    • In case of non-appearance: 100% of the booked arrangement;
    • If less people arrive than indicated in the booking/confirmation of reservation, the full price without reduction will be charged.
